What is Ultimate?

Ultimate is a non-contact sport played with a flying disc. The object of the game is to score points by passing the disc to a player in the opposing end zone, similar to an end zone in football. Players may not run with the disc, and may only move one foot while holding the disc (pivoting).

  2. Summer Scramble Charity Tournament

    We are once again hosting our annual charity tournament. 10-team mixed team tournament for league/pickup-level teams on June 2nd and hat tournament for players of all skill levels on June 3rd.

    Team tournament signup ends on May 25th (or once we have 10 teams registered).

    Hat tournament signup ends on June 1st.

  3. Milwaukee Ultimate Club to Host 2012 USAU College Division III Nationals

    The Milwaukee Ultimate Club is proud to announce that we will be hosting the 2012 USAU College Division III Nationals Tournament. The tournament will take place May 19-20, 2012 at the USA Youth Sports Complex in Appleton, WI.

    There will be 16 Open and 16 Women’s teams from around the country. The MUC will collaborate with USA Ultimate, the USA Youth Sports Complex, the City of Appleton, and other groups to provide them with a first class ultimate experience.
     
    The D-III College Championships feature the top small school teams (<7500 students), with teams from all over the country qualifying based on regular season and series finish. The event is in its third year of existence as a USA Ultimate championship, with Appleton having hosted the first D-III championship in 2010.
     
    Additional details regarding the 2012 D-III College Championships, including teams, schedules, and event sponsors will be announced in the coming months. Full details available at USA Ultimate's website.
